| As a start-up optical dispensary, I was searching for a complete system to manage inventory and the daily routine. After sampling half a dozen programs that gave me the overwhelming feeling of having to learn a foreign language, my final choice was Vision Pro. The choice was simple on many levels. ease of use, clean professional look, fair price, and the program easily took care of applicable Canadian provincial and federal taxes. Vision Pro POS was uncomplicated to navigate, with intuitive drop down menus. As with any new program, there was a learning curve, and Harry was always available to take my calls and coach me through. His kind, pleasant manner and professionalism is to be commended. | When I first opened my business three years ago, the number one priority was to get a POS software program set up and ready to go. Unfortunately I chose a software that was way too complicated and hard to use. I searched the web and found Visionpro POS and downloaded a free trial. I phoned the company to ask about how I can go about transferring my data from the exciting software to Visionpro. The response I got was of pure confidence that they can do the job and do it well and I felt so welcomed on board. That was two years ago and I have never looked back. | VisionPro Optical software is the one of the best software package I have ever seen and experienced. They delivers what it promises. The software is very well designed, completely functional and customizable that suites your practive. But the most impressive aspect of the software is the support. Not only can you instantly get questions answered, but suggested improvements can often be incorporated in subsequent updates to the program. The software is updated several times each year and these updates are included in the support agreement. The most easy things is that the software updates itself automatically be a single click of a buttom. Even the clients are prompted to update when the server is updates. Support for the first year is included with the price and yearly support, like the program itself, is well worth and very resonable. I have never had software that was this easy to use and so people friendly, there are no complications what so ever. The support that I get from VisionPro is probably the best and the technicians will go above and beyond to find a solution to my problems. I wouldn't have asked for a better software! |

| The software is easy to use and within the month of downloading the trial version, we ordered the full program. It did take some time to input the frame, lens, and contact lens inventory, but once the inventory was entered, we started using the program. It did not take long to master all aspects of the software. We find it saves time for accounting and even processing a job is faster. If we have any questions, we call Vision pro and the staff assist immediately. I would highly recommend using Vision Pro. |
